Ingredients: 6 to 8 - ripe mangoes
1 cup - curds beaten
2 cups - water
4 - green chilly seeded & chopped
2 tbsp - gram flour mixed with 4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp - haldi powder
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - dry ginger
sugar & salt to taste
For seasoning:
1 tbsp - mustard
a pinch of hing
1 tbsp - ghee
