Watermelon smoothie

Method
  1. Cut the watermelon into small pieces.
  2. Keep in the freezer for some time.
  3. Transfer the watermelon pieces into a blender and blend.
  4. Add ice cubes, strawberry crush, a few mint leaves and chopped ginger and blend again.
  5. Serve in tall glasses, chilled.
Ingredients:
1 - small watermelon
Ice cubes as required
1/2 cup - strawberry crush
Fresh mint sprigs, a few
1/2 inch piece - ginger, chopped
