Method
Cut the watermelon into small pieces.
Keep in the freezer for some time.
Transfer the watermelon pieces into a blender and blend.
Add ice cubes, strawberry crush, a few mint leaves and chopped ginger and blend again.
Serve in tall glasses, chilled.
