Method
- Beat curd till smooth.
- Add water and make a smooth buttermilk.
- Add flour, and beat well with a fork.
- Add salt, mix well.
- Cook while stirring continuously.
- When in starts boiling, simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle cumin powder and mix.
- Stir occasionally. It should be smooth and thick.
- Serve piping hot with chips.
