  1. Knead maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
  2. Make small balls and roll out into small puries.
  3. Prick the purees with a fork, then deep fry.
  4. Sprinkle red chiili powder, serve as a dry snack during festivals.
  5. Store in an airtight jar.
250g maida
50g boiled and mashed potato
2tbsp ghee
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chillipowder
Oil for frying
