Method
- Knead maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
- Make small balls and roll out into small puries.
- Prick the purees with a fork, then deep fry.
- Sprinkle red chiili powder, serve as a dry snack during festivals.
- Store in an airtight jar.
Ingredients:
250g maida
50g boiled and mashed potato
2tbsp ghee
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chillipowder
Oil for frying
