Method
  1. Knead a dough of besan using salt, potato, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder.
  2. Put the dough into sev making machine.
  3. Press Deep fry the sev which comes out of the machine.
  4. It is a dry snack, lasts for a good time.
Ingredients:
250 gms. besan/gram flour
1 medium sized boiled and mashed potato
1 tsp. red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
Oil for frying
