Method
  1. Take 1 cup wheat flour, add salt as per your requirement.
  2. Add 2 tsp oil and enough water to make a dough as you make for chappatis and keep aside.
  3. Now take 1 cup of besan in a bowl, add seasame, chilli powder, jeera, ajwain, salt, coriander leaves and yogurt.
  4. Make a dough with very little water.
  5. Make small puris of the wheat flour dough, stuff with the besan filling and roll into make puris.
  6. Fry till brown in colour.
  7. Serve with yogurt or pickle.
  8. Children will love this puri.
Ingredients:
1 cup - wheat flour
1 cup - besan (Bengal gram dal powder)
2 tsp - sesame
2 tsp - jeera
2 tsp - ajwainv 2 tsp - curd
2 tsp - red chilli powder
2 tsp - coriander leaves
pinch of turmeric
salt to taste and oil for frying
