Method
- Cut the babycorn into thin long pieces.
- Mix maida, cornflour, pepper powder and salt to make a thick batter.
- Dip the babycorn in the batter and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.

6 - babycorn
1 cup - maida
1 cup - corn flour
1 tsp - pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
