Babycorn Fritters

Method
  1. Cut the babycorn into thin long pieces.
  2. Mix maida, cornflour, pepper powder and salt to make a thick batter.
  3. Dip the babycorn in the batter and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
6 - babycorn
1 cup - maida
1 cup - corn flour
1 tsp - pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
