Beet Root Buttermilk

Method
  1. Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
  2. Soak these pieces in 3 cups of water for 15 min.
  3. The water turns red.
  4. Strain this red water and add it to the curd
  5. Add salt, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the curd and water mixture.
  6. Mix well with the hand mixer
  7. The buttermilk is ready.
Ingredients:
250 g - sweet curd
2 - raw beetroot
salt as per taste
1 tsp - chaat masala
1 cup - coriander leaves
