Method
  1. Finely chop the veggies; mix with other ingredients except cheese.
  2. Apply pasta sauce or tomato sauce on each bread slice.
  3. Top with veggies and Mozzarella.
  4. Grease a pan, place the bread slices on it carefully.
  5. Cover with lid and cook till cheese melts.
  6. Keep the flame very low to prevent bread from charring.
  7. Use veggies of your choice and experiment with chicken, if you wish to.
  8. Saute the veggies or use them raw.

1 small - tomato, deseeded
Salt and pepper as per taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp - oregano
