Method
  1. Rub the butter into the flour using fingers.
  2. Add the cheese, salt, chilli powder and water.
  3. Knead with fingers till soft and well blended.
  4. Roll out dough on a floured board and cut into squares.
  5. Bake on a greased tray at 180 degrees C for about 10 mins. or till puffed and crisp.
  6. Makes 750 gms. biscuits.
Ingredients:
250 gms. flour
250 gms. grated cheese
250 gms. butter
2 tbsp. cold water
Dash of salt and chilli powder
