Method
  1. On a flat plate, arrange and crush the salted potato wafers.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of the finely chopped onion.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of the finely chopped tomato.
  4. Add the green chilly.
  5. Add chaat masala and salt to taste and toss it a little around the plate.
  6. Squeeze lemon and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy the crispy, crunchy, spicy chips chaat.

Note: This has to be served immediately or else the chips will get soggy and lose its crispiness.

Ingredients:
1 - packet salted potato wafers
1 - medium onion, finely chopped
1 - medium firm tomato, finely chopped
1 - green chilly, finely chopped
A pinch of chaat masala
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
