Method- Take fresh corn kernels in a bowl.
- Add a little water and cook until it is tender.
- Drain and reserve.
- If you are using frozen corn kernels, microwave it for 3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, grated ginger, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder.
- Chop onion into fine slices and slit green chilly to small pieces.
- Add this to the bowl, add cooked kernels and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Combine well. Add a little water to form a thick batter
- Heat oil in a fry pan.
- Take a lemon sized ball out of the batter, pat it flat.
- Drop it in hot oil.
- Deep fry until it is golden brown on all sides.
- Drain and place on paper towels.
