Method
  1. Soak the dals separately in water for about 4 hours.
  2. Drain out the water and grind finely.
  3. Mix in the rest of the above ingredients.
  4. Form into round balls and deep fry to golden colour.
  5. Drain and serve with chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - moong dal
2 tbsp - urad dal
1/2 cup - chana dal
1 - big onion, minced
4 - green chillies, minced
a few sliced curry leaves
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1/4 - coconut, finely sliced
a pinch of soda
salt to suit the taste
