Method
  1. Soak dals for 1 hr,drain and grind into a course paste.
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil.
  3. Mix well and drop spoonfuls into oil.
  4. Fry under medium heat to light golden in colour.
  5. Put them on paper napkin to absorb oil if any.
  6. Serve with tea/coffee as evening snack.
Ingredients:
100gms mung dal (split and husk removed)
75gms urad dal
25gms toover dal
100gms chana dal
2 medium onions (cut into small pieces)
6 green chilli (chopped fine)
1tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
1/8 tsp sompu
salt
oil to deep fry
