Method-
Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion + garlic + ginger + bell pepper and sauté well.

Then add amaranth leaves and stir well. Add spinach paste + salt and fry well.

Finally add the cooked noodles + black pepper powder and stir well.

Keep it on low flame for a few seconds and turn off.

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy hot.
