Horsegram chickpea vada

Method
  1. Coarsely grind horsegram, channa and red chillies along with salt.
  2. Just sprinkle a little water while grinding.
  3. Combine rice flour, corn flour, fennel, garam masala, corainder and curry leaves to the ground mixture.
  4. Make small balls and gently flatten them.
  5. Heat oil and slowly put few vadas at a time.
  6. In medium flame, fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve with Coconut chutney and Tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
1 cup - sprouted horsegram
3/4 cup - sprouted channa
4 - red chillies or adjust to your taste
1 tsp - rice flour
1 tsp - corn flour
1 tsp - fennel seeds
1/2 tsp - garam masala
2 tsp - coriander (finely chopped)
Curry leaves, a few
Salt - as required
Oil for frying
