Method
- Follow the directions on the back of pasta packet and cook.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped veggies one after another until they are almost cooked but slightly crunchy.
- Add chilli powder, salt and chole masala.
- Add cooked pasta and toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.

1/2 packet (225g) - pasta
2 cups - vegetables - onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato
Salt
2 tbsp - oil
Chilli powder, as per taste
3/4 tsp - chole masala or pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp - fresh Parmesan cheese
Coriander leaves, to garnish
