Melting Cream Idli with Tomato Twist
Method
- After fermenting the idli batter add salt and mix gently. If the batter is not fermented properly the idlis will not become light and spongy.
- Pour idli batter to fill half of idli mould.
- Gently put drop of Kissan creamy spread (Tomato twist) on it and pour the rest of the dough
- Steam for 6-7 min till done
- Serve hot.
Ingredients:
Melting cream Idli – for 6 idlis
2 cup Idli batter (180 gm = 30 gm 1 idli)
1 tbsp Kissan creamy spread tomato twist -20 gm
