Melting Cream Idli with Tomato Twist

  1. After fermenting the idli batter add salt and mix gently. If the batter is not fermented properly the idlis will not become light and spongy.
  2. Pour idli batter to fill half of idli mould.
  3. Gently put drop of Kissan creamy spread (Tomato twist) on it and pour the rest of the dough
  4. Steam for 6-7 min till done
  5. Serve hot.
Melting cream Idli – for 6 idlis
2 cup Idli batter (180 gm = 30 gm 1 idli)
1 tbsp Kissan creamy spread tomato twist -20 gm
