Method
  1. Combine cream, (cooled), shredded chicken, mustard paste, and 3 tsp. of chopped coriander leaves
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each toast.
  3. Garnish with pineapple, cherries, parsley and shredded lemon rind.

3/4 cup steamed and shredded chicken breast
3/4 cup sour cream
4 tsp. mustard paste
3 tsp. finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp. finely shredded lemon rind
