  1. Coarsely grind soaked chana dal, mixed sprouts and oats with some water.
  2. Remove in a bowl; add finely chopped onion, chilly, ginger and coriander leaves, hing, corn flour and salt and mix well.
  3. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a tawa and spread some oil.
  5. Place a spoonful of the batter in the middle and spread slightly. Sprinkle some oil on the top.
  6. Cook on both the sides till crisp.
  7. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
1 cup - mixed sprouts
1/4 cup - oats
1/4 cup - soaked chana dal
1 tbsp - corn flour
1 - onion, finely chopped
2 - green chillies and ginger chopped
1/2 tsp - hing
chopped coriander a handful
Salt to taste
