Paneer Chilli

Method
  1. Cut the paneer into 1�� cubes.
  2. Gently rub colour on the paneer cubes.
  3. Coat the paneer cubes with cornflour and deep fry in hot oil till golden. Keep aside.

For the Sauce:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, green and red chillies.
  3. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, vinegar, aji-no-motto and few drops of red colour.
  5. Add one cup water and bring it to a boil. Mix well.
  6. In a half cup water dissolve 1 tsp cornflour. Mix well.
  7. Ensure no lumps are formed.
  8. Add the cornflour solution to the sauce.
  9. Simmer for few minutes till the sauce begins to boil.
  10. Add the paneer pieces and capsicums.
  11. Simmer for few minutes till the sauce thickens.
  12. Serve hot immediately.
Ingredients:
500 g - paneer (cottage cheese)
few drops - red colour
2 tbsp - cornflour
oil for deep frying

For the Sauce:
2 to 3 tbsp - oil
11/2 tbsp - coarsely ground garlic
2 to 3 tsp - soya sauce
2 tsp - white vinegar
3 - green chillies (slit)
3 - dry red chillies (broken)
1 - capsicum (cut into strips)
pinch - ajinomotto
few drops - red colour
1 cup - water
1 tsp - cornflour dissolved in � cup water
