Pineapple and cheese salad
Method-
Put the raisins in hot water for a few minutes to soften them.

Drain and cool.

Beat the cheese until smooth, mix in the raisins and chillies.

Arrange the pineapple slices on a bed of lettuce and top each slice with a spoonful of cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
Ingredients:
8 slices of pineapple (fresh or canned)
300 gms. paneer (cream cheese)
3 green chillies (chopped)
2 tbsps. raisins
1/2 head lettuce
1 tbsp. walnut (chopped)
