Poha - 300gms (a bit thick variety - washed, soaked for 15mins and squeezed dry)
Powdered jaggery - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated fresh coconut - 3 tbsp
Nuts - cashew bits / badam slivers - dry fried
Milk - 2 tbsp
A pinch of salt - optional
