Poha snack for kids

Method
  1. Sprinkle milk over poha and keep it for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to poha and mix gently but throughly.
  3. Serve it as an evening snack for kids.
  4. This is easy on the stomch and is also filling.
Ingredients:
Poha - 300gms (a bit thick variety - washed, soaked for 15mins and squeezed dry) Powdered jaggery - 3 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Grated fresh coconut - 3 tbsp Nuts - cashew bits / badam slivers - dry fried Milk - 2 tbsp A pinch of salt - optional
