Method-
Soak sago for about 45 minutes.
- Then squeeze out the water from sago.
- Mix sago, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, chilli powder, salt, add gram flour to it.
- Do not add water for mixing.
- The moisture in sago is good enough.
- Heat oil in a pan, shape the mixture like masala vadai and deep fry it till it turns to golden brown.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
