Method
  1. Soak sago for about 45 minutes.
  2. Then squeeze out the water from sago.
  3. Mix sago, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, chilli powder, salt, add gram flour to it.
  4. Do not add water for mixing.
  5. The moisture in sago is good enough.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, shape the mixture like masala vadai and deep fry it till it turns to golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with chilli sauce.

100g - sago/javvarisi (small Size)
2 tbsp - gram flour
3 - green chilles (Finely chopped)
1 tsp - chilli powder
2 tbsp - coriander leaves
1 - big onion, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
