Method
  1. Cut the bread slices and paneer into square shape
  2. Marinate the paneer pieces with salt, chilli powder and lemon juice
  3. Prepare the besan batter as for bhajiya, adding soda, turmeric and salt
  4. Take the bread slices place the grated cheese over it
  5. Then place the marinated paneer square piece over it
  6. Press it dip in the besan batter and deep fry it
  7. Enjoy with any sauce
Ingredients:
3 to 4 bread slices
100 gms. malai paneer
50 gms. grated cheese
100 gms. besan/gram flour
Salt as per taste
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1/4 tsp.turmeric powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
A pinch of soda bicarb
Oil for frying
