Method
  1. Boil mash the potatoes add corn flour and pinchof salt toit.
  2. Make small balls and formcupshape
  3. Fill in these cups with the mixture of fruits and dry fruits close it and make round tikki
  4. Shallow fry these tikkis
  5. Decorate with fruits and dry fruits
Ingredients:
250g potatoes
50g mixed fruits (apple, banana, chikoo)
50 gms mix dry fruit powder (cahewnut, badam, pista)
1 tsp. corn flour
A pinch of salt
Oil for cooking
