Sweet kachori

Method
  1. In a bowl, mix grated coconut with green chilli, salt, sugar, raisins, kaju and coriander leaves. Mash potatoes, add maida to make dough, divide it into equal size balls, then with hands make a (katori) and stuff it with coconut mixture and seal it.
  2. Deep fry to a golden brown.
  3. Serve with tamarind chutney and dates chutney.

Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
2-3 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
2 green chilly finely chopped
A handful of coriander leaves finely chopped
2 tsp raisins
2 tsp chopped kaju/cashewnuts
3 potatoes boiled
Maida as required (3-4 tps)
Oil for frying
