400g - val beans (anapa ginjalu)
1 - medium onion,chopped fine
4 - green chillies, chopped fine (reduce the no. for children)
1 - red chilli, broken into pieces
1/4 tsp - cumin
6 - peeled & crushed garlic cloves
8 - curry leaves
2 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
1&1/2 tbsp - dessicated coconut powder (fresh if available)
Salt
1 tbsp - oil
1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - urad dal (split)
