Method
  1. Take a thick-bottomed pan and mix curds, water, chilli paste, jeera and salt.
  2. Mix well and leave it on a low flame for about 5-6 minites.
  3. When it starts boiling, add the rice flour and stir.
  4. Leave for 2 minutes and move the mixture to a mixing bowl.
  5. Apply some oil on your palm and make a dough.
  6. Make small rings of this dough and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 cup - curds (1 day old)
2 tsp - chilli paste
1 tsp - jeera
1/2 bunch - coriander, fresh and finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 cup - rice flour
1 cup - water
Oil for deep frying
