Method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender & pour the drink into 2 tall glasses, add the ice-cream/nuts/cream as you like & serve chilled!
Ingredients:
1 glass yoghurt/curd
1/2 glass milk or water (milk - with low-fat yoghurt & water - with full-fat/creamy yoghurt)
2 tbsp sugar
1 large ripe sweet banana
1 cup ice
Optional: scoops of butterscitch/vanilla ice-cream, some chopped nuts or whipped cream
