Method

  1. Heat milk, remove 2 tbsp. in a cup.

  2. Add sugar and chocolate, stir vigorously.

  3. When fully dissolved and frothy, add to remaining milk.

  4. Bring back to a boil, reduce, simmer 1/2 a minute.

  5. Pour into cup, from a height to make it frothy.

  6. Or use an electric handblender for a few seconds to bring froth.

  7. Pour and serve steaming hot.

  8. A great nightcap for cold or rainy seasons.

150 ml. whole milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. drinking chocolate
