Method
- Take a pan, add 100 gms of water, add the sugar and boil till the sugar melts.
- Switch off the gas, add color and essence.
- When the syrup cools, add the curd, roasted almond powder.
- Add water if required and blend in a mixer.
- Rosy lassi is ready.

1 /4 tsp.rose essence
2 to 3 drops food red colour
