Method
- Grate the cucumber.
- Take a bowl, add the curd, grated cucumber, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and blend adding little water.
- A tingling buttermilk with cucumbery taste is ready.

250g curd
2 cucumbers
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp.chaat masala
A pinch of red chilli powder
1 cup coriander and mint leaves
