Method
  1. Knead the flour with milk and knead it till it is soft.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts.
  3. Roll it out into a thick chappati with one portion of the dough.
  4. Put it on hot griddle apply and 1 tsp ghee on either side and roast it so that it doesn't become dry.
  5. It should be white in colour with small brown spots on it like a chappati.
  6. Similarly make another chappati.
  7. Now break these chappatis into little pieces and let them to cool.
  8. Now grind them in grinder, most probably by giving 2 to 3 rounds, while grinding add fennel seeds and cardamom powder.
  9. Now take out this mixture in a bowl and add powder sugar, mix them properly with hand, till it is smooth.
  10. Now make 10 ladoos of even size and apply little vark on each piece.
  11. Low Cal Choorma Ladoos are ready.

Makes:10 Ladoo

Ingredients:
1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - skimmed milk (to knead the flour of soft consistency, may be a little more or less than half cup depends upon thickness of flour)
1/2 tsp - fennel seeds
1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
1/2 cup - ground sugar (qty may be increased or decreased according to taste)
4 tsp - pure ghee
1 sheet - vark
