Method
- Pop the corn as per directions in the packet and set aside. I use m/w buttery popcorn.
- In a saucepan, mix butter,sugar,corn syrup along with cinnamon in low heat and keep whisking until the sugar blends well. Remove from heat.
- Add the popcorn, nuts, cherries and raisins.
- Stir well until blended and set aside for 1-2 min until cooled enough to handle by bare fingers.
- But dont let it cool completely.
- Add little melted butter in your hands to avoid the corn sticking to your hands and then shape them into small balls.
- Let it cool and then wrap them in cellophane with decorative threads and hang them either in your Christmas Tree or gift
- them away to small kids at your party :)
