Masala Peanuts

Method

  1. Divide peanuts into two parts

  2. Heat oil
  3. Wash one portion of peanuts.immediately drain.

  4. Spread it in a plate& apply masala powder

  5. Peanuts must be coated nicely

  6. Fry peanuts

For the second portion, repeat the same procedure.

Time: 10 minutes
Serves: four persons
Note:

If you want thick masala coat sprinkle little water & apply more masala powder.

Ingredients:
3 cups raw peanuts (kachha peanuts)

For Masala

2 tbs gram flour
2 teaspoon khuskhus
2 tea spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon masala powder
hing one pinch
salt to taste
oil for frying
