Mix sprouts, potato, cheese, paneer, oats, salt, chilli powder. Mash and mix. Mix water with Bengal gram flour and baking powder to make a thick batter.
Divide the sprouts mixture into equal sized balls.
Heat oil.Dip each ball in batter and deep fry till light brown.
Ingredients: 1 cup mixed steamed sprouts
1/2 cup oats
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup mashed paneer
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 cube grated cheese
1/2 cup Bengal flour
Oil to fry
1/4 tsp soda or baking powder
