Grind the overnight soaked dal with chillies and ginger to have the paste.
Take small moulds and steam the batter with eno for 15 min. Cool it and demould.
Prepare the vegetables by adding curry leaves, salt, pepper, red chilly powder, carrots, corn, capsicum, peas by sauting.
While serving deep fry the steamed dal cakes till golden brown, fill the prepared veges in the hole of the fried cake and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
