Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients for filling in a bowl
  2. Knead the dough using maida, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil
  3. Make small balls; roll out into puris
  4. Put in the filling, close in the shape of samosa and deep fry
  5. Enjoy with tomato ketchup or any chutney
Ingredients:
For Filling:
100 g - mixed farsan (sev, ghatiya, paapdi, etc.)
1 tbsp - dessicated coconut
1 tbsp - roasted khuskhus
1 tbsp - roasted sesame seeds
a pinch of salt
1 tsp - red chiili powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/4 tsp - aamchur powder

For the dough:
250 g - maida
oil for frying
