Vegetable Burgers

Method

  • Boil peas, french beans, carrots and cauliflower

  • Smash it coarsely

  • Smash potatoes

  • Mix all the ingredients except for the oil

  • Make patties of the mixture

  • Heat oil in a shallow pan

  • Fry patties on both the sides till golden

  • Serve on toasted roll spread with chutney

  • Ingredients:

    4 potatoes, boiled and peeled
    1/4 cup peas
    10 french beans, finely chopped
    2 carrots, finely chopped
    1/2 cup small cauliflower florets
    1 tsbp lemon juice
    1 egg white
    1-1/2 bread crumbs
    1 tbsp cornflour
    4 green chillies chopped finely
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1/4 tsp ginger paste
    1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
    Salt as per taste
    Oil for shallow frying
