Method
  1. Peel & grate and boil potatoes.
  2. With the boiled potatoes add all ingredients except sev and cheesy garlic.
  3. Mix well and make dough.
  4. Make round pattice and grill on hot tawa using oil till red and crisp from both sides.
  5. Place the hot pattice on a service dish and pour cheesy garlic on top and sprinkle sev and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
To make 6 tikkis
100 gm Boiled potato
½ ts chopped chili
Pinch of tartaric
1½ tbs Coriander leaves
1 ts Maida (10 gm)
1 tbls mint
Salt for taste
½ tbs oil for grill tikki
1 tbs Kissan creamy spread cheesy garlic (1 tbls -20 gm)
40 gm Besan Sev for coating
