Corn and Paneer Chaat Papdi

Method
  1. Cut paneer into 1/2 cm cubes and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  2. Mix paneer with all the other ingredients except the papdis.
  3. Top papdis with corn and paneer mixture and serve at once.

Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients:
250 g - paneer
1/2 cup - coked corn kernels
1/2 cup - onion, chopped
1/2 cup - tomato, chopped
250 g - flat papdis
2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp - mint leaves, chopped
1 tsp - green chilies, minced
1 tsp - ginger, minced
2 tsp - chaat masala or to taste
salt, lime juice and sugar to taste
