Method
  1. Put all other ingredients in a large deep bowl
  2. Toss with hand till well blended
  3. Put in individual serving bowls or a large dish
  4. Serve immediately, and do not allow to get soggy

Makes: 2 servings bowl

Note:
The pomegranate used in this snack is known to reduce the risk of heart disease

Ingredients:
3 cups puffed rice
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup pomengrate seeds
1 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
1 tbsp. tamarind chutney
1 tsp. green chutney
1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
1/4 cup crushed cornflakes
salt to taste
