Method
  1. Soak all three ingredients in 150 ml. water.
  2. Cover and keep overnight.
  3. Put contents into an electrical mixer.
  4. Run till mixture is well crushed and almost smooth.
  5. Add remaining water, run again for a few seconds.
  6. Strain, serve.

Making time: 10 minutes (excluding soaking time)
Makes: 1 large serving
Shelflife: 3-4 hours, refrigerated

Note:
It is an excellent internal body coolant, if consumed daily in summer.

15 - black raisins
1/2 tsp - crushed rock sugar (misri)
350 ml - water
