  1. Peek and chop mango.
  2. Put in a mixie, and blend.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Blend till smooth.
  5. Chill well before serving.
  6. Or add crushed ice if desired.

Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
2 cups fresh curds chilled
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
3 tbsp. sugar
2-3 ice crushed
