Wash spinach and mint leaves well.
Put in an electric blender.
Add all other ingredients.
Add 300 ml. chilled water.
Blend till very smooth and frothy.
Pass through a strainer, chill very well.
Serve chilled and frothy and fresh.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Shelflife: 2-3 hours refrigerated
