Method

  1. Boilragii flour in 1 cup water, for 5-7 minutes, adding more water as required.

  2. Cool to room temp.

  3. Put mixture in a blender.

  4. Add salt, pepper, a dash of sugar, and chilled water or crushed ice.

  5. Blend till smooth and frothy.

  6. Serve chilled as an instant refresher

Making time: 10 minutes (excluding cooling and setting time)
Makes:2 servings
Shelflife: 2 days in chiller

Ingredients:
2 tbsp ragi flour
1 cup water
Dash of sugar
Salt and Pepper as per taste
