Caramel Coffee

Method
  1. Chill milk till very cold in freezer.
  2. Heat brown sugar in a small pan, till melted.
  3. Stir carefully, when fully brown and liquefied, add water.
  4. Stir allow to bubble for a few seconds.
  5. Take off fire, cool a bit, add coffee powder or decoction.
  6. Beat this mixture with an electric frothier or fork, till creamy and frothy.
  7. Beat chilled milk with powdered sugar, till frothy.
  8. Chill individual glasses before filling up.
  9. Pour a fourth portion of caramel decoction in each glass.
  10. Pour frothing milk over it, topping with a dollop of icecream in each.
  11. Serve chilled, and frothy.

Ingredients:
300 ml - chilled milk
2 scoops - vanilla or coffee icecream
2 tbsp - soft brown sugar
1 tbsp - sugar powdered
2 tbsp - hot water
2 tsp - instant coffee powder (or)
1/2 cup - filter coffee decoction

For Topping:
1/2 tsp - chocolate powder
1/2 tsp - instant coffee powder
