Method

  1. Beat Dry ginger to a flat form so that it is lose and easy to grind.

  2. Grind together the beaten Dry Ginger and Coriander in a grinder.

  3. Put one or two tea spoon full of the powdered ingredient in a pan.

  4. Add one glass of milk. Boil the milk .

  5. Add sugar to taste.
  6. Serve hot or cool!
