Method
  1. Pressure cook potatoes and mash them.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Make small balls and flatten them.
  4. Heat oil a wide pan, place the patties and fry on both sides till golden brown.
  5. Enjoy with ketchup.
  6. Heat a pan.

6 - small potatoes
frozen peas, a handful
frozen corn, a handful
salt
rec chilli powder, as per your taste
1 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - jeera
1 tsp - kitchen masala
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
chopped coriander leaves
turmeric powder, a pinch
1 tsp - ginger, chopped
1/2 green chilli chopped (optional)
1 tsp - spring onions (optional), chopped
1 to 2 tbsp - oil
